PROJECT SCOPE

The Guild & Greystar HQ is a 2.8-acre mixed-use development that contributes to the ongoing growth of Charleston's Upper Peninsula. The project’s 226-unit apartment community (the Guild) features approximately 29,000 square feet of amenity space, including a large fitness facility, a 2-story clubhouse, and resort style outdoor pool. Beautifully designed courtyards and green space throughout the property provide a tranquil oasis to residents and visitors. The development also offers 19,210 square feet of convenient ground level retail space and contains a 5-story office building with 69,149 square feet of Class A office space that is home to Greystar’s corporate headquarters.
