There’s No Place Like Home… in the Emerald City

The establishment is owned by Alice in Chains’ Sean Kinney.
Green with envy yet? You should be. Especially when you take into account that one of the United States’ oldest continuously operated public farmers’ markets also is right around the corner from your Seattle apartment community. Pike Place Market features a variety of unique and quirky shops, mom-and-pop restaurants such as Athenian Inn, Bacco Café and Pike Place Chowder and one of the oldest head shops in the city. Fishmongers, fresh produce stands and craft stalls round out the selection of nifty treats overlooking the Elliott Bay waterfront, but it’s the “flying fish” (a king salmon thrown around for fun behind the counter) and Rachel the Piggy Bank sculpture that will really grab your attention.
