Greystar took the top spot in Multi-Housing News’ Top Multifamily Development Firms ranking this year, boasting more than 20,000 units under construction as of June 30, 2021, and deliveries of nearly 28,000 during the past three years.
The 2021 MHN Top Multifamily Development Firms ranking used self-reported data for all firms. The rankings also used weighted formulas based on a variety of factors, including current and future plans, market value of projects completed and under construction and geographic and property diversification.
